I have been just so busy with classes!
I had a wonderful Thanksgiving break, I hope you did too!
Today my mom, grandma, and I did some black Friday shopping. It was fun, but tiring!

Hi! :-)

We have been out of school for four days now because of the snow! It's been such a nice relaxing break from such a busy school schedule. It's crazy to go from constantly being busy multitasking and trying to keep up with everything to nice slow days at home. Like today, I mostly just watched hulu plus on our roku with my brother and worked on some online Spanish homework, sent an email, talked on the phone to Lorenzo for awhile, watched more TV, ate junk food, lol. :)

Me and my brother watched some pretty funny shows like..

Outsourced is a pretty funny show, I started watching it this week and liked it so much, I ended up watching like 8 episodes on hulu plus. The main character is a manager of a call-center and the calls were outsourced to an office in India so he moved there to be their manager. The show has so many funny characters and the jokes are really funny.

This week is the first I've watch Parks and Recreation and it is sooo funny. Definitely one of my new favorites. My brother was telling me how much he liked it and I can see why. Lol.

Community is so funny, I've liked it for a really long time. There are so many things about their community college that are funny and I love this show. Lol.

Well, no classes tomorrow either! :-) So, I'll have time to work on my online homework and hang out at home! Tonight I'll be doing more Spanish and tomorrow Physics homework.

I have had an amazing weekend so far!
Last night, I went to the mall with Lorenzo and his family and shopped a little then ate a late dinner with them. They are so sweet and fun to be around.
Last night, I tried studying a little bit and ended up falling asleep, lol! I guess I was more tired than I thought. I woke up and it was 5:30 AM, of course I went back to sleep.
I haven't done much today yet. My mom and I had subway for lunch. It was pretty good. And you can't go wrong with a cherry diet coke from sonic during half price happy hour. I need to start a take home quiz for calc and study study study! :-)
Tomorrow, Lorenzo and I are having dinner with some friends from Chi Alpha so I may make some cookies or something to take. Anything sound good?

Busy Morning Today

Good afternoon :-)
This morning was pretty rushed and stressful. I woke up late and rushed to Spanish and was very hungry so I got a quick snack as I speed-walked from Spanish to calc. I kept looking at the clock in calc. so it felt like a really long class. lol.
Then, I went to the bookstore to return a book because I bought the wrong edition psych book the other day. The book I needed was nowhere to be found so I asked a man who was working for help. He was very helpful. I ordered the correct book and gave the wrong book back. It should ship soon. :-) The line in the bookstore was sooo long. My phone started ringing as my turn came to check-out. I saw that it was my mom calling and it was good because I got to talk to her while I walked to get some lunch. I had a turkey sandwich on wheat with baked chips, half an orange, and some cokezero. Yum.

I'm currently listening to Hosanna by Paul Baloche.
I love the lyrics to this song.
My wonderful lifegroup leader played Ingrid Michaelson's newest CD and I really liked it. Especially the song "Everybody."

It's been awhile!

Christmas break just ended and it was great! I spent lots of quality time with my family and enjoyed a snowy white Christmas! I got lots of cute clothes and makeup! :-) I am very optimistic going into a new semester of school and I am confident that it will be great!

Lorenzo and I went to the mall last night to get my Valentine's Day gift.
Unfortunately, I forgot my camera :(
Ever walk by people with random carts or booths or whatever in the mall that bug you and try to convince you to try out what they're selling? They always get me. lol. I feel bad so I act interested and am always like well maybe next time no thanks.
Last night, this crazy girl grabs me and yanks me to her cart and tries to get me to sit down and try her straightners.

After lots of trying to be pursuaded, heres a very short version of our conversation..

crazystraightnergirl: Sit down, I will change your life right now.
me: nah, no thanks
crazystraightnergirl: I insist. You will never regret this. sit down while I straighten your hair.
(my hair is in a scrunched ponytail with lots of gel and bigsexyhairspray)
me: no, I have to much product in my hair, next time maybe.
crazystraightnergirl: what kind of straightner do you use? chi? oh no! Chi's light peoples hair on fire. You don't believe me? Google it. It's not me. It's google. It's not me.
me: oh really? hmm yikes. okay.
crazystraightnergirl: Let me change your life.
me: I'll catch ya next time.

Watch out for this girl. She's crazy. lol.
The whole time, Lorenzo is standing there unamused. He kept saying just tell her no thanks lets go. I didn't want to be rude though.

We had a great date, we went to eat at Santa Fe then went to see High School Musical 3. Dinner was delicious and the movie was great. We really enjoyed the night.
Lorenzo surprised me with 52 roses, one for every week we've been together. He also made a list of 52 reasons why he loves me. I thought this was very sweet. I got him a fossil watch which he loves.

I haven't posted in a while. I have been very busy trying to keep up with school. I have high school classes everyday, then college classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I stayed home from class this morning to finish a rough draft of my essay that is due today. I got the pattern for my Halloween costume. My grandmas going to make it. I being Marie Antoinette and Lorenzo is being prince charming. His costume is very cute. Ill definitely have to post pics of our costumes when I get them. I took senior pictures last Monday. They came out cute.

I love this ring. I almost always always wear it. I got it while on my mission trip to Canada from a woman selling jewelry on the streets of Old Montreal. I really like it. It's lovebirds.

My everything bag. Not my purse. My purse is much smaller. I almost always have this bag in my car. It carries my gym stuff if I'm going to the gym, a change of clothes if I need it, makeup, straightner, hairspray, and whatever else. It usually stays in my car.

We ate at Olive Garden, and saw Mamma Mia.
Lorenzo gave me Godiva chocolates (my fav), a pretty locket that he had engraved, and a heart shaped jewelry box that he had engraved also.
I love my gifts. He is very sweet.

Lorenzo and I have been excited for the Secondhand Serenade concert for weeks. We had ChicfilA, got gas, then drove out there. We waited in the line that you can see in the pic above. When we got in, they stamped our hand and said no re-entry. It was dark, hot, crowded packed, and very uncomfortable. We had spent quite a bit of time getting cute for the concert. So, Lorenzo bought me a t-shirt and we left.
We didn't let it ruin our night. We went to the mall and Lorenzo bought me a build-a-bear. It was soo much fun! We walked around the mall, had an icee, etc.
We went home and watched a UFC thing on paperview, that he was really wanting to see.
Overall, the night was a success. lol. It wasn't what I planned, but it went great!

My mom and I went to have lunch at Chequers with a group from church,

Hello!
This has been a good week!

Last night, my mom and I went to a girl's night at church. We talked, made picture frames, and then went to eat yummy IHOP.

We had lots of fun.
I'm sooo glad it's Friday. Tonight I'll be at work, doing the sound for a wedding, while Lorenzo goes to the mall to get my birthday gifts. lol. :)
17 days til my 18th birthday! July 28.
I'm very excited.

This morning, I'm enjoying being off from work for a few hours.
I'm about to shower, then get ready, then I'm going to pick my little brother Bailey up from his friends house. I'm going to take him to lunch and then let him rent a movie or game.

Hope everyone is having an amazing summer!
I am. I've been very busy with work and spending time with Lorenzo.

Fourth of July was a fun day :)
We went to my aunt Teri's to have a cookout.
Lorenzo and his brother came also.
It was very fun.

I'm currently working at I Cross My Heart Wedding Chapel.
I like it a lot better than ChicFilA. Lol.
I water all the plants and flowers, play the music at the weddings, help prepare food for the receptions, clean the building, answer phones, give tours, etc.
It's a very fun job and I've learned a lot about weddings.

Hey guys,
Over the weekend, Lorenzo and I went to the movies with my friends Jacob and Melissa.
We saw Never Back Down. It was actually VERY good. It's about like fighting competitively. Lorenzo likes UFC, so we decided to watch this. We really liked it a lot. We saw it after church.
We had lunch at my house, then went to the movies, then came back to my house, then to the first night of a revival at church.
Overall, Sunday was a good day.
Prom is April 12, and I'm very very very excited. I borrowed a really pretty dress to wear, hopefully ill have pics of it to post soon
Hmm.. I cant think of much else to say.

My plans for the rest of the day are..
clean room.
vacuum car.
shower.
get ready for revival at church.
homework.

I went to Lorenzo's house to exchange gifts and go eat!

This has been such a BUSY weekend! I had the ACT yesterday morning. I left there and had lunch with Lorenzo at Panera Bread (yum) and then came home for like a second so Lorenzo could meet dad's family. I worked until after 11 p.m. and then went to bed. I woke up today and got ready for church. I spent the day at Lorenzo's house so he could help me with my history take home test (he is a history major)... we went back to church and then came to my house to finish my test. I'm looking forward to some days off. I don't work again until next Friday! BUT this week is going to be busy too, we're having a valentine spaghetti dinner hosted by the youth group Wednesday night and then VALENTINE'S DAY is Thursday! I already have stuff for Lorenzo and can't wait to see what he got for me. We're going out Thursday night.

Sorry I haven't been a good "blogger" so far! I haven't had time to do many comments yet but I will!

Today was a good day :)
I stayed home from school today to work on a project for my English class. Today was also my brother Baileys 14th birthday. I also cleaned the kitchen. I got ready, then went to pick Lorenzo up from his school at about 2. We went to his house, then Sonic for dinner. I had a good day. I like skipping school, lol.
Tomorrow's friday, but I have work :(.. Then, Saturday morning I'm taking the ACT. Wish me luck :)
